How We Ship Your Order
Every order is fully insured in transit at no extra cost to you. If your package is lost or damaged before it is signed for, you are covered for the full value of your order.
Orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging with tamper-evident sealing. Nothing on the outside of the box indicates that precious metals are inside.
All shipments include tracking and require an adult signature on delivery. We'll email you the tracking number as soon as your order ships.

If There's a Problem
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us right away at [email protected] or 888-GLD-0172. Do not discard the packaging — it's needed for the insurance claim, and we'll handle the claim process for you.

Selling to us? Once you have a quote, we'll send you step-by-step packaging instructions and a fully insured shipping label so your metals are protected on the way to us.
When your shipment arrives, we verify the contents and issue payment promptly by wire or check.
